Pilot access and privacy

NeoRole uses your email to manage private pilot access and send account or invitation messages. Joining the waitlist does not subscribe you to marketing and does not create a Cognito account.

Waitlist confirmation links last 24 hours. Unconfirmed requests are removed after 30 days; confirmed requests are retained for up to 180 days unless you join or remove your request. Use the removal link in your confirmation email to withdraw.

Invitations reserve a place for seven days and are bound to the recipient’s email. Your inviter can see whether the invitation is pending or accepted, but cannot see your profile, career evidence, or account activity.

After admission, you can export your information or delete your account in Settings. Deletion does not remove other members’ accounts. Non-identifying occupied-seat and invitation-allowance records may remain to enforce the pilot limit. Expired and revoked invitation addresses are removed after 30 days beyond expiry. Access messages and encrypted delivery payloads are removed after delivery or terminal failure.
